The hotel has a free airport shuttle. The hotel does not have a free breakfast but we will have a light continental breakfast in the hospitality room.

We will have shuttle vans on Saturday morning taking people from the hotel to the Shrine Headquarters, the Shrine Hospital and to dinner.  (Dinner location TBD)

Hospitality Room at the hotel for registration and Meet-n-Greet on Friday evening till 10:30pm.

Registration cost is $30.00/person.

This will include Saturday Lunch and Saturday Dinner and a FREE T-Shirt if registration is received by January 3rd, 2018.

Since we do not have a Region 3 Bank Account, please make checks payable to Murfreesboro DeMolay. (I will be running all of this through the chapter account)

Shrine International has been exceptionally generous to DeMolay and this will be a great chance to tour the International Shrine Headquarters and the Tampa Shrine Hospital.  This will be a great Photo-Op for publicity for both Shrine and DeMolay.

The Tampa Shrine Hospital has provided a list of items that they can use, and that list is attached. Please try to bring several of the items on the list. It would be nice if everyone attending could bring 1 item.

Meeting will begin at 8:30am at the Shrine HQ

We will tour the Shrine HQ and all meet together, Then we will break into 2 groups:

1)   The Advisors/Adults will meet with the GM or Grand Line member and/or Executive Director

2)   Active DeMolays/youth will meet with the International Officer(s)

We will have lunch at the Shrine HQ and then vans will take us to the Tampa Shrine Hospital and we will tour the hospital. Vans will take us to dinner, and then back to the hotel

7:30am      Shuttles will begin between Hotel and Shrine HQ

8:30am      Opening and Welcome       At Shrine Headquarters

                  Introductions, Meet with Special guests

9:30am      Break-out sessions

                  Active DeMolays/Youth meet with Congress Officers

                  Advisors/Adults meet with GM, Grand Line Officer and/or Executive Director

11:30 am     Lunch at Shrine HQ

12:30pm    Begin shuttles to Shrine Hospital

1:30-3:30   Tour Hospital

4:00pm     Shuttles to Dinner

5:00pm      Dinner, location TBD

6:30-7:00pm       Begin Shuttles back to hotel
