Our Annual State Staff Meeting will be August 27, 2022

If you would like to come the night before on August 26 you may make reservation by August 11 at this link.

The $139.00 rate includes a full breakfast and managers reception

Schedule for August 27 (all times are cst):

11:00 am assemble in the Williamson Meeting Room (may change - check at the front desk if you do not see the group)

12:00 Lunch will be provided (if you RSVP)

1:00-3:00 pm Staff meeting

This staff meeting is for State Staff, State Officers and 1 advisor and 1 DeMolay from each chapter only. We hope each chapter will be represented so you can be involved in the planning of the next year.

Please Come with your Calendars and Dates of any events your chapter is hosting to share with others.

If you are attending you MUST RSVP EO@tndemolay.org by August 12 so lunch reservations can be made!!!
