Dear Tennessee DeMolay,

We will have our State Staff Meeting August 1, 2020 at 10:00 am cst in a zoom meeting. In addition to the State Staff and State Officers we need the Master Councilor, or his representative, and at least one advisor in the zoom from each chapter. I know this is an unusual year but if you have any chapter events planned and would like them to be included on the state calendar please email those to eo@tndemolay.org in advance. This will expedite the calendar process during the meeting.

If you attend the zoom meeting please make sure you have your full name displayed and when you enter the meeting and have your camera on. If you need to turn the camera off after you enter that would be fine, however I prefer that be left on. Some items we will be discussing:

• Each State officers' duties

• Events that can be held on a chapter basis during COVID-19

• Fall Honors event

• Sweetheart 2021

• TDU 2021

• Conclave 2021

• Calendar
